Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the main therapies recommended by the NHS to help people cope with anxiety, low mood and stress. CBT helps people to identity their thoughts and feelings, understand their responses and make changes in their behaviours. It helps by giving tools and techniques to tackle these problems.
What’s involved?
- You will receive a warm welcome from Wellspring Therapists, Claire and Wendy, and the Holy Trinity Team
- There will be a break for tea / coffee
- You don’t have to speak out lout if you don’t want to.
- There will be a chance to talk with others, listen to the facilitators and learn some CBT techniques.

This is a 5 week course.

- Week 2: Anxiety and Worry

At Holy Trinity, we want to help people in our community who are struggling with their mental health, loneliness or with finding meaning.
The course also offers connections between CBT and the Christian Faith. No assumptions are made about anyone’s beliefs and the course is open and accessible to everyone, of any or no faith. We offer this course FREE.
