✨ IFS Introductory CPD Workshop for Therapists

This introductory workshop combines an overview of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model with guided experiential exercises and small-group work, offering an opportunity to explore your own internal system in a supportive and engaging way.

🧩 Particular focus will be given to therapist parts — exploring how these parts may show up in our therapeutic work and developing greater awareness of our own internal experience.

💫 An experiential and reflective CPD opportunity for therapists interested in discovering more about IFS.

🌱 About your facilitator

The workshop will be delivered by Abi Loveridge, a Level 3 trained IFS Counsellor and Humanistic trained counsellor, with additional training in IFIO (IFS with couples) and IFS-informed supervision. Abi brings together her experience and training to create a warm, experiential space for therapists to explore the IFS model and their own internal systems.
