We also run several courses and workshops to support your mental wellbeing. These are designed to give you tools and techniques to cope better with the difficulties you are experiencing but mostly, people who attend them find it enormously helpful to discover they are “not the only ones” who are struggling.

The course facilitators are experts in the areas they cover and you will be made to feel comfortable in the group and will not ever feel you have to speak out loud unless you wish to.
