Counselling is talking to someone outside of friends and family who is professionally trained and who can help you become clearer about your thoughts and feelings and help you find your own solutions or work out who you are.
You might want to talk through a stressful or traumatic experience. Or you may be experiencing feelings which concern you such as depression or anxiety and not really understand how to help yourself. Counselling sessions could be the support you need.
Wellspring Counselling has a team of skilled Young People’s Counsellors who are trained to listen attentively and sensitively to your concerns. Counselling is confidential and non-judgemental.
Counsellors do not give advice, offer solutions or tell you what to do, but will seek to understand and support you enabling you to find your own way forward.
