Counselling is talking to someone independent who is professionally trained and who can help you become clearer about your thoughts and feelings and help you find your own solutions.
You might want to make changes in your life or you may be facing bereavement, redundancy, the breakdown of a close relationship or the onset of serious illness. You may need to talk through a stressful or traumatic experience – a serious accident, a miscarriage, an unexpected pregnancy, or an early retirement, amongst many others. Or you may be facing a serious dilemma, having to make a difficult decision or perhaps experiencing feelings which concern you such as depression or anxiety and not really understand how to help yourself. Counselling sessions could be the support you need.
Wellspring Counselling has a team of skilled Counsellors who are trained to listen attentively and sensitively to your concerns, to give you the space to talk freely and to stay with you no matter how distressing or disturbing your experience or feelings might be. Counselling is confidential and non-judgemental.
