
We have a variety of mental wellbeing courses and workshops which are run by specialist therapists who know how to work with groups. There is no pressure to speak aloud if you don’t want to but the courses give you a chance to not feel you are on your own and will give you tips, techniques and resources to help you cope with your difficulty better.
We run courses for general mental wellbeing and mood, unpaid Carers, people who struggle with weight management, men’s mental fitness, anxiety management and for young people’s mental wellbeing.
